Webus, a collective mobility service provider from China, is teaming up with NY based alternate asset management and investment firm Samara Alpha Management to manage a big amount of XRP, up to $300 million. They’ve told the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) about this by filing a Form 6-K.

A Form 6-K is a report that companies from outside the U.S. file with the SEC. It’s used to share news or updates that they’ve already made public in their own country. This aids to make sure that the U.S. investors get the same important information as company's investors back home. It’s all about keeping things fair and transparent for everyone.

This deal is all about using altcoin to handle digital finance in a smarter way. It’s called a Delegated Digital-Asset Management Agreement. The goal is to generate a reliable and secured system to manage this as a treasury asset for the future.
