Anyone holding DOGE has been waiting for a sign, and the dogecoin price prediction finally has one. The coin trades at $0.08405 on CoinMarketCap, still 89% under its $0.7376 record. Yet the biggest wallets have added 130 million DOGE since last Thursday, according to Santiment.
DOGE has been here before. In March 2020 it sat at $0.0012 with almost nobody paying attention. Fourteen months later it hit its all time high.
Early money is moving in another corner of the meme market too. Pepeto, built by the cofounder of the original Pepe, has drawn more than $11.1 million into its presale without a single exchange listing. What it offers DOGE traders comes down to something they pay on every trade.
The buying came from the top of the market. Santiment data shared by Cryptowisser on October 12 shows two groups adding coins: wallets with 100,000 to 1 million DOGE, and wallets with 10 million to 100 million.
Mid size wallets went the other way. Holders with 1 million to 10 million DOGE sold 70 million coins over the same days, TokenPost reported. Even so, the groups together still added about 60 million DOGE, and large holders rarely buy a quiet chart without a plan.
The real difference is time. A whale can sit on a bag for years, while a smaller trader moves in and out and pays a fee on every move.
Those fees add up faster than most traders notice, and that is the problem Pepeto set out to fix. The project comes from the cofounder of the original Pepe, and its exchange, PepetoSwap, already runs with a 0.00% fee on every swap. Traders pay network gas and nothing more.

Picture the DOGE wallets that sold this week. An active trader buys dips and sells bounces, and each trade hands someone a cut. Over 200 trades of $5,000, Uniswap takes $3,000 and PancakeSwap takes $2,500. PepetoSwap takes $0, and the coins stay in the trader's own wallet the whole time.
Each swap is also checked first. A built in scanner blocks trades on contracts it rates as critical, SolidProof has audited the Pepeto contract, and a former Binance expert works on the dev team. All of it is live now, before the token lists.
DOGE shows why that early stage matters. From $0.0012 in March 2020 to $0.7376 in May 2021, it rose more than 600 times. Pepeto sells at $0.00000019 in this stage, with each new stage priced higher, so $1,000 today buys about 5.26 billion tokens. Analysts project 100x after listing, which would put that stake near $100,000.
A Binance listing is expected next, and that is when the presale price meets the open market. For a DOGE trader who swaps often, Pepeto pairs an early entry with a fee bill that stays at zero long after listing day.
A move to $0.10 this month is on the table, but DOGE first needs a close above $0.0923, according to Admirals on October 12. That level is the 20 day average, and Admirals expects a base range of $0.081 to $0.092 for now.
This week looks firmer. FinanceFeeds sets a first target of $0.0878 after DOGE bounced off a $0.0795 to $0.08 floor that has held since June, right on the 61.8% Fibonacci level. RSI near 45 leaves buyers room before the coin looks stretched.
If $0.0795 breaks, FXStreet sees $0.070 as the next floor. Above $0.0923, the next stops are $0.100 and $0.1059, where DOGE stalled in August and September. A trip to $0.10 would be a 19% gain from today. That is a good month for a coin worth $13.13 billion, but it is a long way from the kind of run that made DOGE famous.
This dogecoin price prediction points to a steady climb toward $0.10, backed by 130 million new DOGE in whale wallets. DOGE's famous money was made much earlier, though. A $1,000 buy at the March 2020 low was worth about $614,000 at the May 2021 peak.
Pepeto is at its own early stage now: unlisted, past $11.1 million, and already running the kind of exchange DOGE never had back then. Each stage on the Pepeto official website costs more than the one before, so buyers in this stage get more tokens per dollar than anyone who comes after them, ahead of the Binance listing.

The dogecoin price prediction this October is a $0.081 to $0.092 range, with $0.10 in play above $0.0923, per Admirals. Whales added 130 million DOGE since Thursday.
Pepeto fits that setup, since it is still unlisted and priced higher at every stage. Early DOGE buyers turned $1,000 into about $614,000 by getting in before the crowd.
