BGIN Block 13 is scheduled to take place from October 15 to 17, 2025, in Washington, D.C., and will serve as a pivotal “Layer 1” General Meeting for the Blockchain Governance Initiative Network (BGIN). This marquee event brings together a diverse, multi-stakeholder assembly—including regulators, technologists, industry leaders, and scholars—to review existing standards, launch new standardization initiatives, and validate key policy documents developed through BGIN’s Working Groups. Attendees can expect sessions dedicated to editing mature documents, voting on new project proposals, and preliminary discussions on emerging governance topics such as blockchain forensics, wallet governance, agent frameworks, stablecoin regulation, and cybersecurity information sharing—a critical forum shaping global blockchain infrastructure
