BGIN Block 13 is scheduled to take place from October 15 to 17, 2025, in Washington, D.C., and will serve as a pivotal “Layer 1” General Meeting for the Blockchain Governance Initiative Network (BGIN). This marquee event brings together a diverse, multi-stakeholder assembly—including regulators, technologists, industry leaders, and scholars—to review existing standards, launch new standardization initiatives, and validate key policy documents developed through BGIN’s Working Groups.
