What is BIOTC 2026?
BIOTC 2026, the eighth annual global forum on IoT, will take place in Tokyo, Japan, from July 8 to 10, 2026. This international conference will bring together researchers, industry practitioners, and policymakers to exchange cutting-edge work in areas such as blockchain-powered asset management, IoT security and scalability, smart contracts, and system engineering combining IoT and ledger technologies. Participants can submit peer-reviewed papers (deadline January 10, 2026), and accepted contributions will be published in indexed proceedings (Ei Compendex, Scopus). The conference schedule features opening registration on July 8, followed by full days of keynote speeches, technical sessions, and poster presentations on July 9 and 10, all structured to foster research exchange and professional networking
The event is organized by the BIOTC Committee, bringing together people from around the world to share new ideas, build connections, and explore the potential of combining blockchain and IoT.
