About the Event

Blockchain DevFest Kampala 2025 is a big event where smart and creative people come together to talk about blockchain, a special kind of technology that makes things safer and faster online. The event is for developers, business owners, and anyone curious about how technology can help Africa grow.

This event is organized by BlockBunch, a team that wants to help people in Africa build better tools and apps using Blockchain Technology. In the past, DevFest events in Kampala have been very popular. For example, in 2019, almost 500 people came from all over Uganda to learn and share ideas. There were special talks, hands-on lessons, and time to meet new friends. The event also welcomed women and people from the deaf community.
