Bluechip26: Dates, Tickets, Speakers & Vienna Guide

Bluechip26 – The Crypto Safety Conference is a small, focused two-day event just for crypto safety. It happens on November 10–11, 2026, in Vienna, Austria, at the Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) headquarters.

This is the second edition of the event. About 200 senior guests are expected, based on the Vienna Convention Bureau's official listing from July 30, 2026. That makes it one of Europe's most focused shows on stablecoin safety, digital asset security, and asset rules.

This is not a big, crowded expo. It is a small, high-level crypto summit event built for deep talks, not big crowds.

Who Is Behind Bluechip26?

This is run by Bluechip, a nonprofit group based in Vienna. Bluechip calls itself the world's first independent stablecoin rating group.

Bluechip was started in 2023 by Benjamin Levit, Garett Jones, and Vaidya Pallasena. The group checks how safe stablecoins are using its own tool, called the SMIDGE framework. It gives free letter grades to help people understand which stablecoins are safer.

Early supporters of Bluechip included big names in the industry, like the co-founders of MakerDAO, Reserve, and StarkWare. Raiffeisen Bank International, one of Europe's biggest banks, is the event's presenting partner. Mastercard is joining again this year as a main partner too.

Three groups help organize the event: Outrun (a Web3 strategy group), come in (an event design group), and punktgenau.PR (a PR agency). The Vienna Convention Bureau has also listed Bluechip26 as an official city conference, which adds to its standing as a top crypto conference in Europe.

A Look at the First Edition

Bluechip started in 2025, not 2026.

  • Bluechip25 was the very first edition. It ran on November 6–7, 2025, at the same RBI building in Vienna. RBI and Mastercard backed it, and the Ethereum Foundation helped support it too. It was called one of the first global events built just for crypto safety.
  • Bluechip26 builds on that first year. It adds a brand-new awards show, more talks on rules and taxes, and keeps both RBI and Mastercard on board as top partners.

Latest Venue Information

Bluechip26 will be held at the Raiffeisen Bank International headquarters. The full address is Am Stadtpark 9, 1030 Vienna.

  • The venue sits in Vienna's 3rd district, right next to Stadtpark (Vienna's city park).
  • The area is easy to walk around and has many train and tram lines nearby.
  • The closest transit stop is Wien-Mitte / Landstraße, served by the U3 and U4 train lines.

With big partners like RBI and Mastercard, a new awards show, and around 200 senior guests, it's a smart pick if you keep a crypto event calendar and want deep, focused talks instead of a big, crowded blockchain conference. Book your ticket early through the official site, since Super Early Bird spots are limited.
