About the Event & Organizer

Dark Prague 2025 is a three-day international gathering exploring “Decentralized Futures & the Anatomy of Control,” taking place from October 3 to 5, 2025, in Prague, Czech Republic. It is hosted at the venue Second Culture and organized by the group behind Paralelní Polis, continuing a tradition rooted in hacker culture, cryptography, privacy, digital autonomy, and experimentation. Rather than being a typical conference, its framing emphasizes radical ideas and peer-to-peer methods, intending to examine and challenge existing systems of power—how they’re built, maintained, and how they might be deconstructed, forked, or remade.

For comparison, a similar Prague event, BTC Prague 2025, had more than 10,000 guests, over 200 speakers, and 100+ companies. Dark Prague may be smaller or larger, but we will only know once the organizers share updates.
