About the Event

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International Conference on Digital Economy and Artificial Intelligence (DEAI) is a prominent academic & industry gathering that seeks to foster collaboration, innovation, and thought leadership in the overlapping domains of digital economy and AI. The upcoming DEAI 2026 (the 3rd edition) will take place from April 10-12, 2026 in Dongguan, China. It aims to bring together researchers, industry experts, policymakers, and other stakeholders to examine cutting-edge developments, share recent research findings, and explore how AI and related technologies are reshaping sectors ranging from finance and smart cities to governance, ethics, and industrial transformation. Key themes include AI-driven digital transformation, ethical and regulatory aspects of data governance, Blockchain Innovations, smart urban planning, and the integration of AI into both traditional and emerging industries.

The conference is organized by a group of respected schools and research groups: Guangdong University of Science and Technology, Guangzhou Nanyang Polytechnic College, Guangzhou South China Business Trade Vocational College, Huizhou City Vocational College, Guangdong Provincial Youth Science and Technology Innovation Research Association. There will also be support from other partners, co-organizers, and media groups.
