ETHShanghai 2025—scheduled for October 18 to 22, 2025, in Shanghai—is the fourth edition of one of China's most influential annual Ethereum conferences. Designed as a developer-centric summit, the five-day event features a three-day hackathon (October 18–21) focused on scaling Layer 1 (L1), scaling Layer 2 (L2), and improving user experience (UX), followed by a one-day summit on October 22 that brings together global builders for in-depth talks, technical exchanges, and ecosystem networking. With expectations to attract over 1,200 registrants (including 800+ in-person attendees), the event will showcase 20+ speakers and partner with more than 20 communities, under the theme "Scaling Ethereum · Shaping the Open Future." Hosted by Wanxiang, ETHPanda, and PANews, ETHShanghai 2025 aims to spotlight developer growth, founder success, ecosystem amplification, and long-term security and resilience—all through an Asian perspective.
