About the Event & Organizer

The Future Technology Association of Georgia (FTGA) is a community-driven organization focused on accelerating innovation and technology growth in the state of Georgia. Their mission is to “advance innovative technologies in Georgia and activate the greatest human potential through education, networking, partnerships, and investment.” They engage topics like Web3, blockchain, finance, DeFi, AI, cybersecurity, VR/XR, robotics, data engineering, etc., and aim to both educate stakeholders—including businesses, government officials, and entrepreneurs—and foster policies that encourage technological leadership and economic development.

FTGA will host a big Networking Event on October 17, 2025, at INVESCO in Atlanta. The event will run from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and is open to anyone interested in future tech.

Community Members: Around 250 people are part of FTGA.

Projects Supported: 3 new tech projects planned for 2025.

Funding Goal: About $84,000 to help these projects grow.

Key Leaders & Speakers

FTGA is guided by experienced leaders: Tony Erwin, President & Founder – A blockchain expert with over 20 years in Silicon Valley tech. He also represents Georgia in the U.S. Blockchain Coalition. Peter Saddington, Vice President & Founder – A 4-time startup founder, investor, and software developer with three master’s degrees. Deanna Hoffmann, Treasurer – A startup coach who helps teams build products step by step.

At the October event, UBS will give the morning keynote about Web3 and blockchain. There will be two panel talks and a closing keynote with about six experts in blockchain, finance, AI, and tech policy.

FTGA offers three levels of sponsorship: Networking Sponsors – $3,000 per event, Experience Sponsors – $7,500 per event, and Title Sponsors – $15,000 per event (includes keynote or panel options). Sponsors help with things like food, venue costs, media, and branding. Local and national partners join to support innovation across Georgia.
