The creation of an in-house nonfungible token trading platform, Romania's National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics (ICI Bucharest) hopes to encourage Web3 adoption in the country. The ICI D|Services institutional NFT platform, which will go online on April 26th, intends to connect commercial and public sector organizations and users. The platform's primary function is to serve as an NFT marketplace, allowing both public and institutional users to mint, manage, and trade NFTs.
