Nillion Crypto News: Upbit Listing Moves NIL Price Fast

Nillion Crypto Price Surge After Upbit Launch: How Much Gain Survived?

Nillion crypto had a loud day on 27 October, when Upbit opened a NIL/KRW market and the token jumped within hours. The new token listing on Upbit gave Korean traders direct won access, and the Nillion Listing set off one of the sharper intraday moves in recent crypto listing news.

The question now is: How much of that gain survived?

Upbit NIL Launch: NIL Listing Details and Other Exchanges Trading

The Korean exchange posted its market support notice on 27 October. Nillion also confirmed the NIL/KRW trading was live through its official X post.

Nillion confirmed the NIL/KRW trading

The Upbit Nillion listing today is not a first appearance on the exchange, since NIL already traded against BTC and USDT there. The NIL launch adds won access. The official notice details:

Upbit Nillion Listing Details

  • Asset: Nillion (NIL)

  • Market: KRW

  • Network: Ethereum

  • Listing announced: 27 October 2026, 16:30

  • Trading start: scheduled for 16:40 on 27 October

Two warnings in the notice matter. Deposits and withdrawals work only on the listed network, so transfers over any other chain are not supported. And if liquidity is not secured once transfers open, Upbit may delay the start of trading. The NIL Upbit launch went ahead on schedule, but that clause shows how listings can slip.

Elsewhere, Nillion crypto has spread widely since its March 2025 token launch. Trackers count 15 to 25-plus exchanges:

  • Binance: typically the largest venue, with USDT, USDC and TRY pairs

  • Korean exchanges: Upbit, Bithumb and Coinone for KRW trading

  • Kraken and Bitvavo: USD and EUR pairs

  • Others: Bitget, MEXC, KuCoin, Gate and HTX

Liquidity is strongest in USDT pairs, and DEX presence is limited, including a Uniswap V4 pool.

What Is Nillion Crypto? Covenants, Blacklight and Its Core Features

Nillion crypto is a decentralized privacy network that calls itself the home of encrypted markets. Its earlier Blind Computer work let apps compute over data that stays encrypted. The current Dusk phase, running August to November 2026, adds Covenants on Ethereum mainnet, per the official roadmap.

A Covenant is an instruction sealed to a condition. Nobody can read it until a live data feed confirms the condition, and then nodes unlock and run it.

Core features:

  • Covenants: condition-gated instructions that execute without a trusted keeper

  • Blacklight: a staked node network that verifies conditions and settles results

  • nilDB: an encrypted database split across nodes, still open to computation

  • nilAI: privacy-focused AI tools, including secure inference

The Nillion coin pays protocol fees and secures the Nillion network through staking.

Nillion Crypto Price Today: Current Numbers

Nillion crypto update on the price side shows heavy volume and a fading spike. NIL price today as of October 27, per CoinMarketCap:

Nillion Crypto Price Today

  • Price: $0.1008, up 6.84% in 24 hours

  • Market cap: $51.73M, ranked #361

  • 24-hour volume: about $130M, up 245.9%

  • Fully diluted valuation: $101.85M

  • Circulating supply: 513.14M of 1.01B total

  • Holders: 4.93K

The 24-hour chart opened near $0.09305 and stayed below $0.093 for most of the day. After the Upbit opened it spiked close to $0.12, about 30% higher, before retreating.

The Nillion token price is still roughly 89% below the March 2025 high near $0.95, by simple math.

Nillion Crypto 2026 Road: What Comes Next and the Key Risks

Next for Nillion crypto is the Dusk launch on Ethereum mainnet. The roadmap lists a Sepolia testnet, first apps, a mainnet launch with node rewards on Ethereum, then the L2 shutdown and bridge closure. Darkfall, roughly November 2026 to February 2027, would extend the network across EVM chains and add penalties for misbehaving nodes.

Risks to weigh:

  • Volume near 2.5 times market cap points to listing-driven trading that can fade

  • CoinMarketCap’s liquidity gauge reads 2.15% of market cap, so large orders can move price

  • About half of the 1.01B total supply circulates, and trackers show no maximum supply

  • Wrong-network transfers to Upbit are unsupported, and KRW trading depends on regional rules

If Dusk reaches mainnet on schedule and the node count grows, Nillion crypto will have a real answer for the volatility. If delivery slips, volume may fade back toward pre-listing levels.
