Oreum Network Claims 100K Users: What Does the Milestone Prove?

Oreum Network says its community has grown from 50,000 to 100,000 users. The figure comes from the project. No definition of "user" was found in the sources reviewed.

The project also describes itself as an automation-native Layer 1. Its own whitepaper calls that design proposed. The official homepage gives no user figure, and the X post could not be retrieved for this report. This report compares the milestone with public evidence.

Oreum Network Says It Has Reached 100,000 Users

A user count can mean several things:

  • Registered accounts: sign-ups, including inactive ones

  • Active users: people using the product recently

  • Installs: devices, not people

  • Community members: social or chat followers

Oreum's Google Play listing calls the app a "digital rewards platform" for community rewards. The whitepaper ties the app to Activity Points, referrals and ambassador campaigns. A 100,000 figure could therefore count any of these. The claim is not shown to be wrong.

These figures do not disprove the claim. The project may count iOS, web or referral accounts that Android data cannot show. A download is also not a unique person. AppBrain describes the developer as active for less than a month, with one app. The sources reviewed showed no iOS figures.

The Play page was updated on October 8. Some August reviews report login and wallet problems. These are individual reviews, not verified findings.

Are the Layer 1 and ORM Plans Live Yet?

The August 2026 whitepaper v1.0 says that, unless marked live, features, token utilities, integrations and roadmap items are plans or engineering objectives.

Phase 1 roadmap

Phase 2 roadmap

The roadmap gives no dates. The first release may also use approved executors before decentralization. The whitepaper says repositories, audit reports, testnet benchmarks and specifications will be published as they become available. It also says performance claims must follow reproducible testnet benchmarks.

This Oreum Network check found no testnet, explorer or code repository linked from the official homepage. It links the whitepaper and the app download. Activity Points are described as separate from ORM unless a published programme defines conversion. The whitepaper also says it is not a promise of token value, exchange listing or network launch.

What to watch next:

  • A definition of "user" and active-user data

  • Testnet, explorer and repository links

  • Audit reports and public benchmarks

  • The separate tokenomics paper

The Bottom Line

The Oreum Network milestone is a project-reported community figure, not proof of blockchain adoption. Public app data neither confirms nor disproves it, and the Layer 1 remains a proposed design. The next useful evidence is a definition of the figure and a public testnet.
