Ozak AI presale end is three days away. The $OZ sale is 99.21% sold at $0.014, and a token launch is targeted for October. That OZ launch would open trading and start the unlock schedule. Two pieces are still open: the exact date and the exchange names. Here is each piece, in order.
Live figures from the official presale page:

OZ price: $0.014
Total raised: $7,622,087.01
Sale progress: 99.21%
Tokens left: about 9.85 million of 1.24 billion
Listing price: marked "Soon"
Time left: 3 days
A bonus stage is live, with a "3X" final-chance banner. The page also says liquidity is locked, exchanges are secured and a market maker is in place. No names are published for any of them.
When the timer hits zero, buyers can no longer join at the presale price. Focus then shifts to the token launch, liquidity and listings. The unlock schedule can begin once trading starts.

The "final call" label needs some context. Earlier phases were due to close in May, and bonus rounds followed. The "3X" line is also a promotion, not a forecast. Still, the sale is now almost fully sold, so the project is close to moving on from fundraising.
The team points to October 2026 for the token generation event, or TGE. It has also said trading pairs and timing will be shared seven to ten days before trading starts.
The exact day is not public yet. No dated notice appeared on the pages reviewed, and no plan is published if the date slips. The presale end and the TGE are two separate steps. A dated post soon after the sale closes would be the first firm sign that October holds.
Supply is fixed at 10 billion OZ, per the official docs. Each group of tokens has its own lock:
Presale (30%): 10% at TGE, a one-month cliff, then six months of vesting
Ecosystem (30%): three-month cliff, 18 months of vesting
Future reserve (20%): three-month cliff, 18 months of vesting
Team (10%): three-month cliff, 24 months of vesting
Liquidity and listings (10%): no lock
A buyer with 100,000 OZ would hold 10,000 at launch. The rest releases after the cliff. If the release is even, that is about 15% a month. That figure is an estimate.
The design has clear strengths. The team cannot sell for three months, then receives tokens slowly over two years. The schedule runs through audited contracts, listed on the audit page. The docs also say OZ pays for running models, storing data and automating strategies. Staking is planned after the TGE but is not live.
The trade-off is supply. Each monthly release adds tokens that the market must absorb, so steady demand matters as much as the schedule.
OZ trading is expected to start on a decentralized exchange first, with centralized ones to follow. A DEX pool can open quickly because it needs no approval. Also, 10% of supply, or 1 billion OZ, is set aside for liquidity and listings.
Centralized listings are different. An exchange must agree first, and that timing sits outside the team's control. No exchange has confirmed anything in public. Unofficial OZ tokens also already show on price trackers. The real contract goes live only at TGE, so buyers should copy the address from official channels only.
A DEX-only launch is possible, and one recent project shows how it can go. DeepSnitch AI raised $2.87 million and debuted on Uniswap on March 31, 2026. The token then saw a crash of about 99%. By July, listing hopes were sliding toward 2027. DSNT token today trades near $0.00058, with only $583K marketcap.
Ozak AI starts from a stronger base. It has raised $7.6 million, reserves 10% of supply for liquidity and has a live platform with a set vesting plan. Even so, both projects depend on a centralized listing that has not been announced.
Four signs will settle most open questions: a dated TGE post with pairs, the size of the DEX pool on launch day, the first centralized exchange name, and monthly unlocks arriving on schedule.
The Ozak AI presale ends one chapter with clear terms and a fixed vesting plan. The next chapter needs proof: a date, a market and steady liquidity. Until those arrive, OZ remains a high-risk presale token, and losses can be total.
