Pepeto's latest X post promotes 160% staking rewards for holders. This Pepeto News report asks whether the published SolidProof audit covers the staking contract. In the sources reviewed, the report lists one file, Token.sol.

The homepage FAQ says reward programme was covered. The two statements differ. No separate reward programme audit was found.
Source | Scope statement |
Pepeto homepage FAQ | Token code, staking mechanism and distribution audited; all findings resolved |
SolidProof report, Oct 30, 2024 | Lists contracts/Token.sol; no functional testing |
Report findings | 0 critical, high, medium or low; 1 informational, open |
Project releases | Promote a second audit by Coinsult; report not retrieved |
The report also says the token code has no owner privileges and is not upgradeable. That describes Token.sol only. An audit of a token contract is not automatically an audit of token rewards. The report is two years old, so it cannot show that today's token rewards code matches. No staking contract address was found in the sources reviewed. That does not prove no separate security review exists.
The project says rewards flow at 32,015,981.73 PEPETO per Ethereum block over two years. Because the emission is fixed, the displayed rate falls as more tokens are staked. The whitepaper sets staking at 30% of 420 trillion, or 126 trillion.
Check | Result |
Blocks in two years (12 seconds each) | 5,256,000 |
Per-block rate × blocks | about 168.3 trillion |
Staking pool (30%) | 126 trillion |
Pool ÷ per-block rate | about 3.94 million blocks, or 1.5 years |
August reading, 16,007,990.86 per block, two years | about 84.1 trillion |
This is arithmetic, not a finding of error. The figures differ and are not reconciled. The 168.3 trillion total equals 40% of the 420.69 trillion contract maximum. A finite emission works like a fixed pool shared among stakers, not an interest-bearing account. The project does not define 160% as APR or APY, or its period. Earlier dashboard readings also showed rewards not yet claimable.
For Pepeto News readers, the reward programme code is the missing link. Verify:
The contract address, from an official channel
A report naming that exact address
Lock periods, withdrawal terms and any penalties
The audited file hash for each deployed contract
How accrued rewards can be checked on-chain
A dated claim launch
The code on Etherscan, since several tokens share the PEPETO name
The November 2 dashboard snapshot showed $11,282,406.33 raised against a displayed target of $11,629,582. The gap to the displayed target is $347,175.67. The price read $0.0000001904. The countdown said "until price rise", not presale close. The giveaway in the same post is a project term, not evidence about the contract.

A 160% figure is a project claim, not evidence of safety or return.
This Pepeto News review finds a staking claim, a token-file security review and no contract address. Treat reward programme audit coverage as unconfirmed until Pepeto names the contract and publishes a report that covers it.
