Ethereum Price Eyes $5K as Liquidity and Inflows Strengthen

Ethereum (ETH) has drawn attention by breaking through a key resistance point that had stalled its growth over the years. Traders are keenly monitoring its next action in the backdrop of technicals and fundamentals coming together to show a maturing rally. Sentiment is skewed bullish, as liquidity and price are consolidating above the new support.

The weekly chart reveals a structural change, which indicates that the long-term resistance trendline is acting as support, proving the breakout is a result of years of consolidation. Such a resistance-turned-support pattern is usually a sign of a robust rally. The asset is trading around $4,376, and in a smaller consolidation period.
