Rockstar Games: Grand Theft Auto VI now has a launch trailer, and GTA 6 fans are watching one small detail closely.
A pink plane in the video carries the words "DacityCoin AudaCity." A Solana token with the same name jumped in price within an hour.
Here is what is confirmed, what is not, and where the price could go next.
Rockstar has set the GTA 6 release date for November 19, 2026. The game is coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
No exact release time appears in the material we reviewed. Check Rockstar's official channels closer to launch.
No. Grand Theft Auto 2 is a much older game from 1999.
The official pre-order page shows two choices. The Ultimate Edition is digital only. The Standard Edition comes as digital or a code in a box.
The screenshot also lists a Vintage Vice City Pack as a pre-order bonus. Another bonus looks like a free month of GTA+, but the text is cut off.
No price is visible on the page we reviewed. So we will not guess a number. Rockstar's store has the current cost.
A post from the @GTAVI_Countdown account on X says the game is officially one month away. The short clip is labeled "1 Month Left."
Counting from today, October 19, 2026, the release is 31 days away.
Rockstar dropped the video on October 15, 2026. It runs about 90 seconds and shows Vice City again.
The pink plane with "DacityCoin AudaCity" appears for about two seconds. A man sets off a neon pink flare on the wing.
The trailers also show a new sweat system. Hair gets wet as characters run, work out, or dance.
Jason and Lucia are the two leads. Their story takes place in the fictional state of Leonida.
The trailer debuts "Flower In a Hurricane." It comes from score composers Justice, with Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.
Not officially. On October 18, the @GTAVI_Countdown account posted that crypto is confirmed. It said Jason and Lucia would promote an in-game coin through stunts, similar to Red Bull.
That claim goes further than the facts. Rockstar has not announced crypto payments, blockchain features, or NFTs.
Leaked footage reportedly shows a Lucia side mission. She jumps from a rooftop to promote AudaCity and attract rich investors. The slogans are satire, like "Quit your job. Sell your house."
Gaming creator TGG described three types of money after a private preview: bank deposits, cash, and stolen valuables in a duffel bag. Crypto was not on the list.
Rockstar also restricted crypto and NFT deals on third-party role-playing servers in November 2022.
Years of rumors said Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT would join the economy. Others claimed play-to-earn, NFT properties, or a game blockchain. None were proven.
Fortnite added a fictional coin, Dill Bits, in February 2025. Take-Two, Rockstar's parent, showed Web3 interest during its 2022 Zynga deal. It announced no plans for the game.
The real token, $DACITY, trades on Pump.fun. It is a community-made memecoin. Dacity Coin inside the game is a fictional brand.
There is no proof that Rockstar launched, partnered with, or endorsed the token. The in-game joke looks more like a jab at crypto hype.
The token launched around October 11, days before the trailer. Leaker Cyberleek had shared gameplay showing Dacity Coin. The token hit about $1M in market cap, then lost steam.
After the trailer, market cap rose from roughly $104K to nearly $3.18M in one hour. That is more than 29x. Buyers then pushed it close to $6M before a pullback.
Metric | Data |
Price | $0.00468774 |
Market cap | About $4.69M |
24h volume | $2.26M |
Holders | 5,802 |
All-time high market cap | $6.09M |
Dev holdings | 0% |
Holder rewards | 0.05% |
Trading pair | TTWO |
Token age | 8 days |
The creator fee is 0.05%, and all of it goes to holders. Wallets holding more than $20 of the token qualify.
Rewards are paid in TTWO, a tokenized asset linked to Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of Rockstar. Mint and freeze authorities are renounced.
The numbers are small. With $5M in trading volume, only about $2,500 would be shared among all eligible holders.
Zero dev holdings also do not make a token safe. Supply may sit in other wallets, so on-chain data is worth checking.
On the 4-hour chart, the price broke out after a long sideways phase. It rallied toward $0.0050 to $0.0060, then pulled back a little.
The levels below are scenarios, not promises. Market cap figures assume about 1 billion tokens, which matches the price and market cap on the screen.
Scenario | Price Level | Approx. Market Cap | What It Could Mean |
Support | $0.0042 to $0.0044 | $4.2M to $4.4M | Buyers need to defend this zone |
Resistance | $0.0050 to $0.0052 | $5.0M to $5.2M | A break above may help momentum |
Target 1 | $0.0055 | $5.5M | Next stop if resistance breaks |
Target 2 | $0.0060 | $6.0M | Close to the $6.09M high |
Bearish case | Below $0.0042 | Below $4.2M | Pullback toward $0.0038 to $0.0040 |
Short-term, the outlook looks cautiously bullish. Strong buying volume is needed to confirm it.
Nobody can say. The game's launch is the main event traders are watching.
Streamers may stumble on the AudaCity mission or the pink plane. That could bring new eyes to the token.
But attention does not always mean buying. Millions can see a joke and never trade a coin.
Memecoins also tend to price in big events early. The token could rally into November 19 and then face heavy profit-taking.
If Dacity Coin is only a small side mission, interest may fade fast. If it plays a bigger role, the story could last longer. Today it has no utility, staking, or buybacks. Its value comes from attention.
