BlockDAG News: What Connects the NEW BDAG Offer to BDAGUSD?

BlockDAG's latest post gives two instructions. Buy NEW BDAG with a code, and send funds to an official buyback wallet. Are they one process?

This BlockDAG News report checks the announcement, official site, FAQ and buyback records as of October 31, 2026. It doesn't suggest any wallet is unsafe.

Two instructions aren't one documented process.

Why Does the Latest Post Mention Two Tokens?

The post lists two separate steps. Buy NEW BDAG at $0.00000000025 with code BUYBACK200 for next-batch priority. Then send to the official buyback wallet for BDAGUSD.

The banner showed $0.0000005 a day earlier. That's 2,000 times higher. The project hasn't explained the change.

The sale is still live. The banner countdown ends about 23:30 on November 2.

Earlier codes like BULLRUN200 and BUYBACK250 carried bonus coins, per the project's recap. This post mentions priority only.

What Is the BDAGUSD Buyback Wallet For?

BDAGUSD is a separate token from NEW BDAG. The project says 500 million BDAGUSD were minted in October. It cited $151,700,709.03 in recorded buyback balances across 3,273 wallets.

It also gave a $0.03 reference per eligible BDAG, subject to programme terms. Its October 13 post named a BDAGUSD contract, 0x28Ae...7C18. This report didn't match it to an explorer record.

The August FAQ says you'll never be asked to send crypto to unlock a NEW BDAG allocation. So the token repurchase should be a separate process. The announcement doesn't say so.

The homepage lists seven Tron wallets as official liquidity wallets for buybacks. They total $92.02 million as displayed. That's about $59.7 million below the recorded balances.

That isn't necessarily a shortfall. A balance owed and funds held are different measures, and the project hasn't said how they relate.

The announcement also doesn't name which wallet is the buyback wallet. Balances weren't independently checked.

BlockDAG News: What Should Buyers Verify Before Sending Funds?

This BlockDAG News check lists six things to confirm before any payment:

  • Address: copy it from your logged-in dashboard, not a post or message

  • Asset: which coin or stablecoin you must send

  • Purpose: written terms for what the payment buys or redeems

  • Allocation: the NEW token amount shown before you pay

  • Refund: what happens if payment arrives but delivery doesn't

  • Proof: a public transaction for each payment

Fake addresses are a common scam, so the dashboard-only rule matters. This isn't a claim about BlockDAG's wallet.

Check the contract too. NEW BDAG at 0xF449...5B8e should match across the post, your wallet and the explorer.

The Bottom Line

This BlockDAG News review finds two instructions in one post and no published link between them. The wallet address sits behind a dashboard login.

Treat the process as unclear until written terms, amounts and a refund rule appear.

Information is based on BlockDAG's official website and August 2026 Fresh Start FAQ, its October 13 and latest X posts as supplied or indexed, and a homepage banner screenshot and tracker page captured October 31, 2026, as of October 31, 2026. Wallet balances, the token repurchase wallet address and the contract were not independently checked. The arithmetic compares displayed figures and is not a finding of any shortfall.
