BlockDAG News today: The BlockDAG homepage banner shows NEW BDAG at $0.00000000025. A countdown beside it shows less than one day left. In an official X post, the project also said its presale and BUYBACK200 offer were close to ending. The countdown does not give an exact end time or timezone. This report checks whether the project’s supply figures can be verified. It also checks the link it proposes between NEW BDAG and BDAGUSD.

BlockDAG has posted separate contract addresses for NEW BDAG and BDAGUSD. But for this report, we could not inspect the on-chain supply, mint transactions, holder spread or transfer history. So the posted addresses alone do not prove the supply or distribution claims.
The addresses, as posted: NEW BDAG: 0xF449f949d1b9177B9f20E14A7DA7597a932E5B8e and BDAGUSD: 0x28Ae1Eb583bDAE0005411CB3a290356d42C77C18. BlockDAG’s site also lists a separate beta asset, BDUSD.
BlockDAG says 5B NEW BDAG reached more than 1,000 wallets. That equals about 3.3% of the planned 150B supply. The claim does not say how much of that amount is unlocked, transferable or in circulation. We could not check the spread against transaction records for this report.
This BlockDAG News check used simple math on the project’s own figures.
The published figures raise a pricing question. Multiply the planned 25 billion NEW BDAG presale allocation by the displayed $0.00000000025 price, and you get $6.25. This is only an example, not a verified presale total. The project has not said how the displayed price ties to the allocation. It has also not said whether the whole allocation is offered at that price.
In the same way, value the full planned 150 billion NEW token supply at the $0.65 target. That would imply a fully diluted value of $97.5 billion. The number is hypothetical. It is not a market value that anyone has independently confirmed. At the $1.00 BDAGUSD target, 500 million tokens would equal $500 million, if the whole reported mint were valued at that target.
The project cites $151,700,709.03 in recorded buyback balances. These sit across 3,273 wallets and 18,415 entries. It also gives a $0.03 reference for each eligible tokens, subject to terms.
By the math, that implies about 5.06B tokens. But that holds only if the full $151.7 million were valued evenly at $0.03 per BDAG. It is an implied amount, not a verified holder balance or a confirmed right to convert.
At the project’s $1.00 target, 500 million BDAGUSD would have a notional value of $500 million. That is roughly 3.3 times the $151.7 million in buyback balances the project reports. Still, the comparison uses a target the project set, not a verified market price. It does not show how much BDAGUSD holders would get. It does not show whether all 500 million tokens are allocated. It also does not show whether the buyback balances can be converted at the stated reference value.
The BUYBACK200 post tells users to buy NEW BDAG. Once they receive it, they submit eligible coins for the BDAGUSD buyback.
The project information we have does not explain:
Conversion: How a NEW BDAG purchase becomes a buyback claim.
Control: Who holds or controls the minted BDAGUSD.
Amounts: How much BDAGUSD each eligible holder is meant to get.
We could not inspect the on-chain mint and distribution records for this report.
Before using either asset, users should confirm the contract address through an official project channel. They should check that they are on the right blockchain network. They should also review the token supply and transaction records. An address that matches across project posts and a wallet does not verify the contract. It does not verify the proposed buyback system either.
This BlockDAG News review finds two published supply figures, two posted contract addresses and a proposed buyback link between NEW BDAG and BDAGUSD. But we could not independently verify the on-chain supplies, holder allocations, distribution claims or the buyback system for this report. Treat the figures as project-reported information until transaction records and conversion terms can be checked.
