The Clichmont AI presale has reached its last stretch, and a fresh look at the company's own pages brings a few new points.
This update skips the price, token split and unlock dates already covered in our earlier report on the price gap and December listing.
Instead, it looks at the closing time, a new Asia plan, the people behind the project and how decisions are made. Like much crypto news today, it mixes firm facts with plans still on paper.
The company's September 21 announcement says the Clichmont AI presale closes on October 30 at 11:59 pm CET.
Counting from today, October 18, that leaves 12 days. For readers in India, the closing moment lands in the early hours of October 31, around 4:29 am IST by our conversion.
| Item | What we found |

The live counter on the sale page loads through a script, so we could not read its number. If it shows a different closing time, trust the page and ask the team directly.
The official website describes a UAE data center planned for 2028. It sits in a "pre-development" phase, is being shaped with Indian partners, and is aimed at the growing Asian demand for AI and high-performance computing.
In simple words, it is still an early idea, and it is the furthest site from running.
The pages we read do not give:
The names of the Indian partners
The city or size of the UAE site
The hardware it will use
How it will be paid for
For comparison, the two Norwegian sites are already live, while Bodø's larger data center and Alicante are both pencilled in for Q4 2027.
The whitepaper names five leaders. Alexis Cathalifaud is founder and CEO, and he started the company in 2022.
Stéphane Desmaretz is CTO, Naki Akcan is COO, Sabina Kasimova is Chief Health Officer, and Ashish S Homkar is Director of Crypto and Compute.
Homkar is described as having more than seven years in crypto and compliance work.
| Advisory role | Named firm |
| Tokenomics and strategy | Blockphrase |
| Legal | Pellicer & Heredia (Spain) |
| Audit and assurance | BDO |
Two things are worth knowing. Homkar is also the founder of Blockphrase, the same firm that advises on the token design.
And we found no published audit report in the whitepaper or on the website, so it is fair to ask what BDO's role covers and whether a report will be shared.
Early decisions on infrastructure, partners and platform standards stay with the company, according to the whitepaper's governance section.
Holders who stake are meant to get a wider say later, but the details are listed as "to follow."
The token itself is issued through a separate entity set up in the British Virgin Islands, which also runs the monthly buyback by a fixed formula.
Before joining the Clichmont AI presale, buyers should know three access points:
The token is not offered to US persons or other restricted places.
Buyers go through identity and location checks.
Eligibility may change as rules in each country become clearer.
How any change to the buyback formula would be approved is still marked as pending in the whitepaper.
As far as we could find, no new official release has appeared since the September 22 supply deal.
On the project's main site, staking still reads "launching soon," and the timing of the token launch is promised through future official updates.
The only dated plan remains a first decentralized exchange listing on December 1, taken from the company's own announcement.
We could not open the project's X account, so check it directly for any post made in the last day or two.
The Clichmont AI presale now has a clear closing time, a distant Asia plan and named people behind it, yet audit details, staking and the token launch date are still open.
Read the whitepaper and terms in full, use only links from the project's own pages, and treat every date as a plan. This is information, not financial advice, and token sales carry a high risk of loss.
