Clichmont AI Presale: Are 60 GPU Units Still Awaiting Deployment?

In crypto news today, one number keeps coming up around the Clichmont AI presale: 72. It sounds like a huge, buzzing machine room.

But when you read  thecompany’s own announcement slowly, a calmer picture appears.

This guide walks through it in everyday language so anyone can follow, and it skips the price, supply, and token features that earlier reports have already covered.

What Does the Number 72 Really Mean?

The company’s sale announcement counts powerful computer cards, the parts used to run AI work, video rendering, and science calculations.

It splits them into three groups and calls the whole thing its current operating and deployment pipeline, which simply means working now plus on the way.

The same text says the company mainly serves other businesses and keeps direct control over its hardware, power, and cooling.

Think of It as a Kitchen With 72 Ovens

Imagine a restaurant that tells you it has 72 ovens. Then you learn that 12 are cooking today, 20 are installed and waiting, and 40 are being delivered. The kitchen is growing, but it is not yet running at full size.

That is roughly where the Clichmont AI presale stands, with twelve of 72, about one in six, described as running. The company’s supply agreement with Cybertek explains that the first 40 are meant for the Bodø Harbor site, with larger orders and more models planned.

These machines only create value when customers use them, so the real question is not how many exist but how many are busy. The company’s text does not say:

  • How many customers use the twelve running machines

  • How much money they bring in

  • When the other sixty will start working

The announcement is dated 21 September, and no newer count has been published.

Where the Website and the Announcement Differ a Little

The company website shows two Norwegian sites with a “Live now” label and a list of model names.

Set beside the announcement, a few small differences appear:

Site

Website says

Announcement says

Billingstad

Live now, with models named H200 and RTX 6000 Blackwell S

8 H20 and 4 RTX PRO 6000 running

Bodø Harbor

Live now, with RTX 5090 and 4090

20 units ready for the next stage, 40 more being set up

H20 and H200 differ by a single zero, yet they are different products, and the company has not explained the gap. “Live now” is also a warmer phrase than “ready for the next stage."

The Bodø model names do match. The website’s general section mentions even more premium models that do not appear in the fleet list at all.

What Is Planned for 2027

The locations section looks ahead. A larger data center in Bodø is due in the fourth quarter of 2027, with high-end models named for it.

A hub in Alicante, Spain, is listed with the same models as the Bodø Harbor site.

The announcement adds two dated steps: preparations to raise money for the second Bodø data center start on 30 October, led by partner Cyril Greco, and building in Alicante is planned to begin on 1 May 2027.

These are plans, and nothing reviewed shows orders for those models yet.

Smart Questions to Ask Before You Join

With 17 days left in the sale, anyone joining the Clichmont AI presale can turn these findings into simple questions for the company, using the official sale page and its channels:

  • Does Billingstad run the H20 named in the announcement or the H200 shown on the website?

  • When will the 20 waiting units and the 40 new ones begin serving customers?

  • Does “live now” mean paying customers, or only installed hardware?

  • How much sale money is meant to pay for the 40 new units?

A business that sells computing time should be able to answer these plainly. Always compare replies with the company’s written text.

Conclusion

The Clichmont AI presale is built on a fleet that is growing, though most of it is still ahead.

The honest summary is simple: twelve machines running, sixty to come. Compare the website with each new announcement, set your own limit, and treat every plan as a plan.
