The Blockchain group is the publicly listed European company that made this announcement on its X official account. Releasing the press papers and BTC strategy content papers. The Blockchain Group changed its name to Capital B and became Europe’s first Digital asset treasury company. 

The paper shows that this transaction is part of two phase increases, one subscribed by Peak Hodl Ltd, the other by TOBAM ALPHA FUND, allowing the accumulation of 80 and 46 BTC, respectively. These officers were carried out at prices per share of €3.47 and €2.90, totaling €13.7 million. The company's BTC yield this year is an exceptional increase of 1,519.5%, reflecting a sustained expansion strategy in Bitcointreasury.
