How to Check Eligibility and Participate in the LINEA Airdrop Event

Ethereum recently celebrated its 10-years completion journey, and now Consensys, the firm led by Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin, is preparing to launch LINEA, a new Layer 2 token developed to power Ethereum’s next stage of growth. The LINEA airdrop starts on September 10, 2025, with an eligibility checker already live on the Hub.

Who Can Claim Linea Airdrop?

To qualify, users had to take part in earlier campaigns.

1. LXP (Linea-Voyage)

• You need at least 2,000 LXP.

• Rewards are split into 7 tiers – the more LXP you earned, the more coins you get.

• Boosts (+10% each) for:

• Using token before the March 2024 Dencun upgrade.

• Staying active in 6 different months between Aug 2024 and Jun 2025.

• Using MetaMask features (Swaps, Bridge, Staking, or Card).
  
  

2. LXP-L (Linea-Surge)

• You need at least 15,000 LXP-L.

• Distribution is simple and linear → more liquidity = more-LINEA.
  
  

In total, 749,662 wallets are eligible for this drop.

Builder Airdrop: Beyond community users, 1% of the total supply is reserved for strategic builders across the ecosystem.

• Eligibility check started: September 3, 2025
