Bitcoin Circular Economies Summit 2026
The Bitcoin Circular Economies Summit 2026, scheduled for January 26–27, 2026, in El Zonte, El Salvador, serves as a global gathering of grassroots leaders advancing Bitcoin-based local economies. Following its successful inaugural session in 2025 and the Africa-focused edition later that same year, this iteration invites community leaders, educational and merchant onboarding teams, and grassroots initiatives committed to financial inclusion. Day 1 is reserved for closed-door discussions where participants exchange insights and address common challenges. Day 2 opens the doors to the public with talks, panels, and workshops centered on Bitcoin Adoption and making meaningful community impact, offering attendees a unique chance to learn, share experiences, and strengthen a vibrant global network.
It’s organized by Bitcoin Beach, the team that helped the small town of El Zonte, El Salvador, become the first place in the world to live fully on Bitcoin. Now, people from all over the globe come here to learn how to do the same in their towns.
