About the Event

PlebLab Startup Day – Yucatán 2025, October 10, 2025, at the newly inaugurated White Paper House in Mérida, Yucatán, this biannual PlebLab gathering coincides with Mexico’s Bitcoin Block Party by Yopaki. The three-day event includes deep-dive Bitcoin sessions, founder talks, panels, networking, startup announcements, and culminates in a festive block party with tacos, tequila, and music. Attendees will be joined by over 21 notable speakers (including Francisco Chavarria, Co-Founder & CEO of Yopaki) and have opportunities to engage with founders, investors, and builders across the Bitcoin ecosystem—all while enjoying curated meals and optional excursions like beach outings and visits to cenotes or Mayan ruins
