Anyone checking an HBAR price prediction this week finds a red chart next to a busy roadmap. HBAR trades at $0.08781 on CoinMarketCap, down 13.2% in seven days on CoinGecko. That leaves it 84.6% below its 2021 record of $0.5701.
Hedera, meanwhile, just showed a plan to let AI bots spend money under strict rules. For now, the price and the progress are pulling in different directions.
The idea behind Hedera’s plan is simple: check before money moves. Pepeto, a meme coin from the cofounder of Pepe, already applies that idea for traders through a 42 check token scanner. Buyers have put over $11.1 million into its presale before any listing.
On October 8, Hedera unveiled Agent Accounts, wallets that let AI bots pay for things under rules the owner sets, per TokenPost. Owners fund them and set a daily cap, a cap per payment and a list of approved payees. Fees for developers come in below $0.001.
ChainCatcher reported on October 13 that a test version reaches a few partners by the end of 2026. The main launch is aimed at Q2 2027. That is a long wait, so for this month, every HBAR price prediction still comes down to the chart.
Hedera’s AI wallets will not be live until 2027. Pepeto already puts rules in front of money today. Its scanner, exchange and bridge all work while the coin is still in presale.

The scanner deals with a fear every trader knows. You buy a new token, then find out you cannot sell it. Pepeto’s scanner is built to catch that before you pay.
It runs 42 checks on a contract and reads its live state on chain. It then tests a buy and a sell on a copy of the chain. Along the way, it looks for hidden owners, taxes that can change and switches that block selling.
The result is a score from 0 to 100 and a clear verdict. If it finds a critical flaw, the trade is blocked by default. In one example Pepeto shows, a token scored 6, its test sale failed, and the buy never went through.
Hedera sets rules before a bot spends, and Pepeto sets them before a person does. It is the same idea, working about two years sooner, and it is open to buyers while the coin is still at presale price.
That price climbs at each new stage. Analysts project 100x after listing, which depends on the listing going well. At this stage, $5,000 buys about 26.3 billion tokens, which would be worth about $500,000 if analysts are right.
HBAR can get back above $0.09 this week only if it breaks $0.0897, and the charts point lower first. On October 13, Traders Union analyst Viktoras Karapetjanc marked $0.0897 as resistance, the Ichimoku Kijun line. His model sees $0.0825 within a day and $0.0732 within a week.
For the month, the model points to $0.1076, about 23.5% higher. It also gives a 70% chance of more selling first, so HBAR may dip before it climbs.
DiarioBitcoin put support at $0.0845 the same day, with the 200 day average at $0.0819. Its RSI reads 44.8, and a bullish break would aim for $0.0901 to $0.0997.
Even at $0.10, HBAR would sit about 82% under its record. Returning to $0.5701 means more than six times today’s price, a climb usually measured in years.
HBAR has a real roadmap, but every HBAR price prediction above moves in cents. Pepeto works on a different scale. Its presale has passed $11.1 million, and analysts project 100x after listing.
Pepe once turned small buys into fortunes with zero products behind it. Pepeto starts with a working scanner, exchange and bridge, which is more than Pepe ever had.
At this stage, $5,000 holds about 26.3 billion tokens on the Pepeto official website. That stack is what reaches about $500,000 if analysts are right, and each new stage makes it smaller for the same money.

The HBAR price prediction for October points to $0.1076, per a Traders Union model. That is about 23.5% above today’s price of $0.08781.
Yes, if analysts are right about 100x after listing. At this stage on the Pepeto official website, $5,000 buys about 26.3 billion tokens, near $500,000 at that multiple.
