Norventa (NORV) is the token behind NORVENTA, an AI-powered trading platform. Charts, signals, wallet checks, and a token launchpad all sit in one workspace.
The project calls NORV a utility and governance token. Its maximum supply is fixed at 660,000,000 tokens.
The presale is live too. As of October 2026, the official sale page showed Round 3 at $0.05, with the next round set at $0.07.
So what does the project actually offer? This guide covers the platform, the token, the supply split, the roadmap, and the risks.
How the NORVENTA Platform Works
Most traders jump between exchanges, charting sites, explorers, and signal groups. NORVENTA tries to put all of that behind one account.
The whitepaper gives an example. A whale transaction would show up next to the affected market, and a signal would carry its entry, stop and target levels straight into the terminal.
An AI assistant called Dr. NORVENTA explains the evidence in plain language. Balances and settlement stay with server and blockchain records, not AI output.
The project describes several modules. Most are live or still being built out.
NORVENTA TRADE: one terminal for spot, futures, and selected traditional markets. Margin and liquidation details stay visible before an order goes through.
Chart Studio: AI-assisted liquidity zones, market structure, and patterns. Targets can tighten if order flow turns against a setup.
Signal Intelligence: crypto and forex setups with entry, stop, and targets. Closed results are kept apart from unresolved ones.
Copy Trade, Aggressive Flow, and Snipe: tools to follow strategies, read buying and selling pressure, and watch new token launches.
Wallet and Whale Intelligence: risk scores for approvals and counterparties, plus tracking of large transfers.
Launchpad: a no-code way to create and launch tokens from reviewed templates.
Token utility just means the jobs a token does inside a product. For NORV, most of those jobs are still plans.
The project lists subscription payments, trading fee tiers, premium signals, launchpad access, voting, and loyalty rewards. It also mentions NRC, an internal credit for AI features that can’t be transferred. Eligible NORV can be converted into NRC, and the quote is shown before confirmation.
The proposed token is a fixed-supply ERC-20 on the Base network. There’s no mandatory transfer tax.
A buyback policy is proposed as well. Up to 15% of eligible quarterly net revenue could buy NORV from the open market, and 70% of those tokens would be burned, meaning removed for good.
But the same document says buybacks can’t promise demand or a higher price.
Tokenomics is how a token's supply gets created and shared. Here’s the split of the 660,000,000 NORV, based on the project’s published figures.
Allocation | Share | NORV Tokens |
Ecosystem and Growth | 19% | 125,400,000 |
Treasury | 18% | 118,800,000 |
Team | 15% | 99,000,000 |
Liquidity | 12% | 79,200,000 |
Community and Airdrops | 10% | 66,000,000 |
Strategic and Partners | 8% | 52,800,000 |
Long-term Rewards | 7% | 46,200,000 |
Presale | 6% | 39,600,000 |
Security Reserve | 3% | 19,800,000 |
Advisors | 2% | 13,200,000 |

Vesting is the schedule that decides when tokens unlock. It matters as much as the split itself.
Team tokens are proposed with nothing at launch, a 12-month wait, and then roughly 24 months of gradual release. Advisors wait six months first.
Presale buyers are expected to get 15% to 30% at launch, depending on the round. The rest unlocks over six to nine months.
The project aims for an initial circulating supply of about 5% to 8%.
The project outlines four rounds at $0.025, $0.035, $0.05, and $0.07. All of them draw from the 39,600,000 token presale allocation.
The sale page used for this article showed Round 3 at $0.05. About 39.033 million NORV remained, $22,383.78 was raised, and the sale was set to close on November 27, 2026.
That works out to roughly 567,000 tokens sold. It’s a small slice of the allocation, so participation seems early.
A launch reference of $0.09 to $0.10 is mentioned. The document calls it neither a guaranteed price nor a floor.

Seven phases make up the Norventa (NORV) roadmap, and each depends on the one before it.
Platform Foundation: trading, chart, signal, and AI tools that are already live and still growing.
NORV Launchpad: the public presale, with payment routes and a purchase ledger.
Token Deployment and TGE: the contract launch on Base, with vesting, claim contracts, and audit publication.
Claim and Controlled Circulation: round-based unlocks for crypto presale buyers and airdrop tranches.
Core Utility Activation: fee tiers, subscriptions, NRC benefits, and launchpad eligibility.
Governance and Delegation: delegated voting and treasury proposals.
External Ecosystem: partners, APIs, and wider integrations over the long term.
A decentralized exchange listing is targeted for Q4 2026, with centralized exchanges aimed at Q1 2027. Both depend on security checks, liquidity, and venue approval.
Is Norventa (NORV) Safe? Risks Every Investor Should Know
The token contract address is listed as “to be published after verified base deployment.” No audit report is linked either, so smart contract safety can’t be checked yet.
The project doesn’t name team members. That leaves accountability unclear.
And sale details differ between sources. The published plan describes a 60-day sale, while the sale page labels have shown other durations. A direct check of the live page is the safer move.
Market risk matters too. A presale price isn’t a market price, and a fully diluted value at $0.05 would be about $33 million on paper.
The stronger signal is the fixed supply paired with team vesting. But the bigger worry is that most utility is still planned, and AI signals can be wrong or late.
The project says the token design can support wider uses without a redesign. New integrations should go live only after security, legal, and economic review and only if they add real user value. The fixed supply stays as it is.
These are plans, not confirmed products.
Agentic AI Economy: Payments or service access for AI agents and machine-to-machine marketplaces.
Institutional Data: Premium API and dataset access, service tiers, and enterprise integrations.
Selected DeFi: Liquidity pools, collateral, or structured products, only after a formal risk review.
Partner Apps: Access programs with wallet, analytics, media, trading, and security partners.
Merchant and Service Payments: Third-party digital services that choose to accept NORV.
Developer Ecosystem: Grants, bounties, and rewards for SDK and API work.
Identity and Reputation Programs: Optional token-linked access or governance reputation, without exposing private user data.
Advanced Governance: Delegated committees, grant councils, treasury programs, and parameter voting.
Cross-Product Loyalty: Portable benefits across approved NORVENTA and partner services.
Tokenized Access Rights: Token-gated data, research rooms, launch opportunities, or institutional services.
None of this is guaranteed. Each item depends on partners, regulation, and real demand.
The roadmap puts external utility in the last phase, which makes it the least certain part of the plan.
Norventa (NORV) is aiming to power an AI trading ecosystem, and its published tokenomics are clearly laid out. Delivery is the open question. The contract, audit, and listings are all still ahead.
Readers should check official links, contract details, audit status, and current sale terms on the official website before any decision.
