Ozak AI news today rests on one claim: a trade can start with a sentence. EON, the project’s trading platform, now offers Trading Agents that turn plain text into spot, perpetual futures and prediction-market orders, live at app.ozak.ai.

The launch follows the OZ token presale end on October 3, which closed at $7.64 million raised, per the project’s sale-end announcement.
The flow is simple. A user compares ETH and SOL in the chat, then types an order. The agent prepares a ticket showing the quote, the minimum received and the network fee. Nothing executes until the user signs in their own wallet. Ozak AI says it never holds funds or keys, and the whole process works in a phone browser.

This AI crypto trading system covers three modes:
Spot trades (free plan): token swaps routed through pooled DEX liquidity, such as a $100 ETH buy paid in USDC
Future perpetuals (Premium): leverage up to 40x, with funding rates, open interest, stop-loss, take-profit and an AI analysis button on the order screen
Prediction markets (Premium): short-window Yes/No bets with live odds, volume and settle times, using data from sources like Polymarket, plus a one-tap buy
For Ozak AI perpetuals, the agent sizes the position and estimates liquidation and fees before asking for a signature.
User note: Leverage magnifies losses, and margin can be wiped out fast.
Most AI trading tools stop at charts and commentary. OZ EON platform aims to close the gap between analysis and execution. The platform left beta in early August 2026 after more than 100,000 beta users, and the project says it already has paying Premium subscribers.
For this OZ ecosystem update 2026, the team also points to institutional pilots this quarter, expansion beyond Ethereum and work on its Ozak Streaming Network. These are plans, not delivered features.
The sale numbers, per the October 9 roadmap report:

Raised: $7,642,579, with no private round, the team says
Sold: about 1.23 billion OZ across eight sold-out phases
Phase price: rose from $0.001 to $0.014
Holders: 658,247
Free Premium: every sale wallet gets it until December 31, 2026, normally $49.99 a month
The Ozak dashboard now migrates to token.ozak.ai, which will host token claims once the TGE begins.
The wider Ozak AI ecosystem already runs a live app, with 12 specialist agents and CertiK and Sherlock audits listed in the project docs. The 146,385 registered users and the revenue claims are self-reported.
Traders tracking the token have three questions: when, where and at what price. Here is what exists as of October 12:
Target: token generation event and Ozak listings in Q4 2026
Exact date: not public; at least 14 days’ notice promised once exchanges confirm
Order of listings: decentralized exchange first, then centralized
Price: no OZ listing price confirmed
Presale holders: free Premium access through the end of 2026
Draft terms: 10% of presale tokens at TGE, the rest after a one-month cliff, per the token docs; final terms may change
Planned utility: staking, discounted subscriptions paid in OZ and fee rebates
Final OZ tokenomics, contracts and the date are due together. Until a contract appears on the official docs, the team says any OZ address in circulation is fake.
The next proof point is not a headline. If usage grows and Premium subscriptions keep paying, the token will list with a product behind it. If not, the next round of Ozak AI news will need more than a new chat box.
