Phase 2 of the Rollblock Roadmap 2026 is live now, and the CEX listing window is open. Here is where things actually stand.

Phase 1: What Was Delivered

The team secured operating licenses, built a 12,000-game casino platform, and closed the Rollblock presale in December 2025, raising $12.3 million.

RBLK launched on Uniswap on May 18, 2026, at $0.01 with little public fanfare.

Total value locked sits at $32.2K — a figure that on-chain analyst Marcus Vell calls "the number Phase 2 has to answer for."

Phase 2: Active Right Now

iOS and Android mobile apps are in development. A marketing campaign is running. Exchange liquidity is being deployed.

The RBLK token earns holders a weekly cut of casino revenue. RBLK staking pays up to 30% APY. And 30% of all weekly casino profits automatically buy back and burn tokens — zero tax, one billion fixed supply on Ethereum.

"The revenue-share model is competitive for GambleFi crypto," said researcher Priya Narayanan. "But casino revenue isn't verifiable on-chain yet. That matters."

The CEX Listing Plan

The Rollblock CEX listing window runs from late June to mid-July 2026, based on the Phase 2 timeline.

Binance is not a realistic target — it consistently avoids KYC-free casino tokens. KuCoin, MEXC, BitMart, XT.com, and CoinStore have all listed comparable GambleFi projects and are the most cited candidates.

Most retail buyers only enter tokens via CEX spot markets, not Uniswap. A confirmed listing changes the liquidity picture immediately.

Rollblock Price Targets: Bull and Bear

Bull: A CEX listing with volume above $500K could push RBLK to $0.005–$0.008 short-term. Sustained demand over one to three months points toward $0.010–$0.018.

Bear: The $12.3M presale raise versus $32.2K TVL is a hard number to explain away. "If volume stays low past 60 days post-launch, it stops looking like a timing issue," said Vell.

Regulatory Risk Worth Knowing

KYC-free casino platforms are under active scrutiny from the EU's AML framework, the UK Gambling Commission, and the US FinCEN.

Rollblock holds operating licenses but hasn't named the issuing jurisdictions publicly. If RBLK gains exchange visibility, that gap will face harder questions.

Phase 3: The Burn Dashboard
