Here is your XRP news today in one place: a quiet 24-hour price, a new supply chain project, a small ETF inflow, a monthly Ripple unlock, and a bank custody launch.
Each story gets its own section, and the two Ripple items are linked together at the end.
Every figure comes from your sources or official pages, and where numbers disagree, we say so.

Waybill Puts Shipment Tracking on the Blockchain
Waybill says it is building a platform on the XRP Ledger that records each stage of a product's journey.

Its goals are clearer tracking, easier paperwork, and better data handling across supply chains.
Think of it as a parcel diary that nobody can quietly edit. Every handover adds a new line, so buyers, carriers, and sellers see the same story.
A separate post says the project targets a $192.9 billion blockchain supply chain market.

The network describes itself on xrpl.org as a public blockchain focused on compliance, with more than 70 institutional partners. The waybill shows it being used beyond payments.
What we could and could not confirm:
The project's own description of its platform is available.
The $192.9B market size is the project's claim.
We found no launch date, customer list or pricing.
Canary clients bought 741,980 tokens, worth about $922,000, through its spot ETF.

The dollar amount checks out, but the picture around it is mixed. The flow tracker shows US spot funds lost a net $496K on October 30.
Canary gained $922K, while Bitwise lost $694K and Grayscale lost $725K. Canary's fund has drawn a cumulative $485.3 million since it launched on November 13, 2025, per the same tracker.
Fund | Oct 30 flow | Net assets |
Bitwise | -$694K | $516.1M |
Franklin | $0 | $385.7M |
Canary | +$922K | $303.3M |
21Shares | $0 | $133.3M |
Grayscale | -$725K | $81.0M |
Canary holds 244,162,250 XRP, about 0.39% of the circulating supply, according to CorpStacking, which reads the fund's own holdings page.
It ranks third among the funds it tracks. It also shows a rise of 735,465 tokens on October 30, not 741,980, a gap of under 1%.
The most useful XRP news today is how uneven these flows are. Cumulative inflows stayed near $1.8 billion through October, while total assets fell from $1.69B to $1.42B. So the drop came mainly from price, not withdrawals (our reading).
Ripple's official explanation says it locked 55 billion tokens, or 55% of the maximum supply, in ledger escrows in 2017.
Up to 1 billion can be released each month, and leftovers go into a new escrow. Ripple unlocked 1 billion tokens and usually locks much of it back.

Source: Post on X
At $1.25, that release is worth about $1.25 billion on paper. We found no official confirmation of how much was re-locked this month.
An unlock is not a sale.
Ripple's page says the amount actually released will likely be far below the cap because unused tokens are placed into a new escrow.
The schedule is public, so the monthly release is no surprise.
This XRP news today shows a quiet price and a busy background: a new tracking project, mixed ETF flows, a routine unlock, and a bank step.
