Cardano price prediction is trending today, and the 4-hour chart is hiding a setup that could swing hard in either direction. A brand-new real-world pilot report, a busy futures market, and a price parked in a tight zone have all landed together. Is the token about to break out, or is a shakeout coming first? Here is the full read.

A post from Giannis Andreou (@gandreou007) on X, published about 26 minutes earlier, says Brazil's state-controlled oil giant Petrobras is testing Cardano infrastructure to track green fuel certificates and trace renewable diesel.
It says the pilot aims to stop the same environmental benefits from being counted twice and calls it a concrete test of blockchain in energy supply-chain verification.
This is an unverified report from an individual account, not an official announcement. Even if confirmed, a pilot is an early test and not proof of adoption, so the chart levels matter more for price.

CMP is 0.2461 on the 4H chart, inside an ascending channel.
A 4-hour close above 0.2656 opens 0.3130, then major resistance at 0.4375.
A 4-hour close below 0.2190 opens 0.1908.
RSI divergence reads 47.99, with one bullish label near the late-September lows.
The Petrobras report is unverified, and open interest sits at $530.78M.
Methodology: 4H MEXC chart, RSI divergence indicator, ascending channel, and swing highs and lows. Invalidation: a 4-hour close below 0.2190.
ADA is trading inside an ascending channel, and at 0.2461 the latest candles are holding near the lower boundary.
The channel has contained price since the Sep 20 low area, so the structure stays intact while price respects it. The next 4h closes decide whether that boundary keeps working.
The RSI divergence indicator reads 47.99, and the chart carries one bullish divergence label near the late-September lows. A 4h close above 0.2656 would open the path to 0.3130 and then 0.4375.
Every marked level, 0.2656, 0.3130, 0.4375, 0.2190, and 0.1908, is an old swing high or low, so this read rests only on prior price action.
Level | Type | Importance | Distance From CMP |
0.4375 | Resistance, old swing high | Major upside target | +77.77% |
0.3130 | Resistance, old swing high | Second target | +27.18% |
0.2656 | Resistance, breakout trigger | Key confirmation level | +7.92% |
0.2461 | CMP | Reference price | 0.00% |
0.2190 | Support, old swing low | Invalidation level | -11.01% |
0.1908 | Support, old swing low | Next downside target | -22.47% |
Confirmation is a 4-hour close above 0.2656. Targets are 0.3130, then 0.4375. It gets stronger if the price holds above 0.2656 after the close and weaker if it slips back under it. Invalidation is a 4-hour close below 0.2190.
Price keeps moving inside the channel between 0.2190 and 0.2656, and the recent structure stays in a range until a 4-hour close lands beyond either edge.
Confirmation is a 4-hour close below 0.2190. The target is 0.1908. It gets stronger if the price loses the lower channel boundary first and weaker if it reclaims 0.2190 on a 4-hour close.
Open interest equals about 5.9% of the $9.05B market cap, and futures volume of $700.73M is about 4.8 times spot volume of $144.92M. Derivatives lead spot trading here, which can speed up moves around 0.2656 and 0.2190.
The lower channel boundary can give way, and ascending channels often end with a sharp move. Leveraged positions can cause fast wicks on a 4H chart. The Petrobras report is unverified, and the RSI divergence reading of 47.99 does not yet show strength on its own.
The token trades at 0.2461, inside its ascending channel. A 4-hour close above 0.2656 points to 0.3130 and 0.4375, and a 4-hour close below 0.2190 points to 0.1908. Until one of those closes arrives, treat the breakout as unconfirmed.
