Worldcoin Price is $0.3422, down 11.1% over the past day, with a wide 24-hour range of $0.3395 low and $0.3842 high. Not a quiet session.
Other figures: market cap of $1.284 billion, outstanding token value of $2.222 billion, fully diluted valuation, and market cap if every future token were already trading.
$3.422 billion, 24-hour volume $169.076 million, circulating supply 3.752 billion WLD against an outstanding supply of 6.497 billion and a hard cap of 10 billion, treasury holdings 277,222,975 WLD.

That gap between 3.752 billion in circulation and a 10 billion cap matters; well over half of WLD's eventual supply hasn't hit the market yet.
A long liquidation is what happens when a leveraged trader betting on price going up gets forced out because there's no collateral left to absorb the loss.
| Time Frame | Total | Longs | Shorts |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1h | $352.93K | $351.62K | $1.31K |
| 4h | $403.43K | $400.67K | $2.76K |
| 12h | $3.44M | $3.41M | $27.46K |
| 24h | $4.06M | $3.95M | $109.05K |
Every window in that table shows the same pattern: longs make up over 95% of what got liquidated.
People leveraged into the ETF-news rally, and the reversal caught them. Not a bottom signal on its own, but it flushes out leverage that had been propping up the short-term move.
| Exchange | 24H Futures Volume |
|---|---|
| Binance | $160.54M |
| OKX | $94.38M |
| Bybit | $52.16M |
| MEXC | $48.15M |
| Gate | $26.10M |
| Bitget | $24.99M |
| Hyperliquid, BingX, WhiteBit, KuCoin, Bitunix, Others | Smaller shares |

Binance and OKX combined handle most of the visible futures volume, so those two order books are the ones worth watching for real positioning.
Separately, the World Foundation closed a $52.5 million WLD token sale led by Pantera Capital, joined by Bain Capital Crypto, Eightco, Selini Capital, and Susquehanna Crypto, per a post from @BSCNews on X.
Tokens sold are locked for 12 months, with proceeds funding World ID expansion into platforms like Zoom, DocuSign, Okta, and Tinder.
The same post claims 39 million network members and 18 million iris-verified users, alongside ongoing regulatory pushback on biometric data in markets like Brazil and South Korea.
The lock-up is a mild positive for near-term supply.
This paraphrases a single social post and treats the user-count figures as project claims rather than independently audited data.

Wallet-depth numbers tell the same story from another angle: only around 4,280 wallets hold $1,000 or more in WLD, and just 205 hold $1 million or more.
With ownership this concentrated, a small group of large wallets can swing the price far more than market cap alone would suggest.

Every target below is a scenario, not a promise.
Quick method note: this reads WLD/USDT on Binance, standard candles on TradingView, and 4-hour and daily timeframes.
Trendlines are drawn off confirmed swing highs/lows, and a break only counts on a candle body close past the line; a wick doesn't count.
The most recent 4H candle opened at $0.3441, had a high of $0.3456, a low of $0.3390, and closed at $0.3423, down 0.52%.
Price is sliding underneath a descending trendline off the swing high near $0.44, which currently sits on top of horizontal resistance at $0.4051.
| Scenario | Trigger | Target | Invalidation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bullish | 4H close above $0.4051 | $0.4424 | No close above $0.4051, or reversal under $0.3423 |
| Bearish | 4H close below $0.3229 | $0.2803 | Price reclaims and holds above $0.3423 |

Zoom out to daily candles : open at $0.3473, high at $0.3488, low at $0.3390, closing at $0.3421, down 1.50%. There's a bigger structure too.
$WLD has been carving a symmetrical triangle since its earlier high, lower highs sloping down, and higher lows sloping up, both converging right around today's $0.34–$0.38 zone.
| Scenario | Trigger | Target | Invalidation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bullish | Daily close above the descending triangle line | $0.4498 → $0.5003 | Failed to close above the trendline, or daily close under $0.34 |
| Bearish | Daily close below the ascending triangle line | $0.2810 → $0.2345 | Price reclaims and holds above the triangle midpoint |

Worth flagging: symmetrical triangles don't lean bullish or bearish by default; all they really tell you is volatility has been shrinking. Direction gets decided by a confirmed close backed by volume, not by the shape of the pattern.
Regulatory risk: Biometric iris-scanning data has already drawn restrictions in multiple countries.
ETF approval isn't guaranteed: an S-1 starts the review process; it doesn't confirm SEC or Nasdaq approval.
Supply overhang circulating supply is only ~37.5% of total, so future unlocks could cap rallies.
Extreme concentration: a Gini score above 0.99 means a handful of wallets can move prices disproportionately.
Liquidity gaps: this snapshot's own 24-hour range, $0.34 to $0.38, shows how fast price can jump through levels.
No clean yes-or-no here; it comes down to risk tolerance. $WLD offers exposure to a biometric identity project drawing real institutional interest, between the Grayscale filing and the Pantera-led raise.
It also carries concentrated ownership, open regulatory questions, and a supply schedule nowhere near fully diluted. A risk profile to weigh, not a verdict.
