The sale window closes in about two weeks, so we went back to the company's own pages to see what has changed.
This update leaves out price, supply and unlock details covered in our earlier report.
It looks at who can take part, who advises the project and who makes the decisions. Like much of the crypto news today, it comes with plenty of plans and few firm dates.
Anyone following the Clichmont AI presale will want to know whether anything new has been announced.
We checked the company's websites, its whitepaper and its press releases.
The newest releases are still theSeptember 21 sale announcement and a supply deal dated September 22.
| What we checked | What it shows today |
| Press releases | Newest are dated September 21 and 22 |
| Website | Staking still labelled "launching soon" |
| Whitepaper | Still Version 1.0, with bracketed notes marking items as pending |
| Live sale counter | Could not be read, so no sold figure is given |
We also could not open the company's X page, so any post made there is not reflected in this report.
The whitepaper explains that the coin is issued through a separate company set up only for it, registered in the British Virgin Islands.
At launch, it is not offered or sold to US persons, or to people in any "restricted jurisdiction".
Here is what that means in practice:
Entry is gated by identity checks and location checks.
Eligibility will be reviewed again as rules in each country become clearer.
The paper does not list the restricted countries by name, so check your own country before sending anything.
The company also says it intends to obtain legal opinions on how the asset is classified in each country where it is offered. The word "intends" matters, because the paper does not say any have been received.
The paper lists three outside firms. These are company statements, and we did not contact the firms.
| Adviser | Role stated |
| Blockphrase | Token design and strategy |
| Pellicer & Heredia | Legal, a Spain-based law firm |
| BDO | Audit and assurance |
One detail stands out. The same paper says Director Ashish Homkar founded Blockphrase, so the token design adviser is linked to a member of the leadership team.
The paper also does not say what BDO has reviewed, and we found no audit report on the official pages. A legal adviser and an audit adviser can add confidence, but only when their work is public.
Until opinions or reports appear, readers are relying on the company's own description.
According to the same paper, early decisions on building sites, choosing partners and setting platform standards stay with the company.
Broader input from people who stake the token is planned later, with the details still to come. It describes no voting rights today.
That keeps control with the company in this early phase, which readers may want to weigh against the long list of plans.
The company website lists five legal entities:
| Entity type | Location |
| UK limited (Ltd) | London, United Kingdom |
| US limited liability (LLC) | Newark, Delaware, US |
| Spanish limited (SL) | Alicante, Spain |
| BVI-registered entity | Road Town, British Virgin Islands |
| Norwegian entity | Bodo, Norway |
All five share the brand name, and the site gives registration numbers only for the UK, US and British Virgin Islands entities.
It does not say which one runs the token program, and we could not independently check these registrations.
Because the Clichmont AI presale ends on October 30, readers may want to:
Confirm they are eligible and expect identity checks.
Reach the sale only through the official sale page linked from the company's own site.
Read the terms and privacy pages before connecting a wallet.
Treat staking, token launch and governance as plans until the company confirms them.
The Clichmont AI presale has not produced fresh news this week, yet its documents show clear limits on who can join and name the firms advising it. Governance, legal opinions and staking remain promises for later. Compare each claim with the official pages before acting.
